I have hungry mouths to fill........

This is the female greater spotted woodpecker who appeared in a blip 2 days ago. I wasn't really satisfied with the image so today I'm trying again - still not completely happy but happier. She loves coming to the feeders by our front door, and particularly likes to feed from this branch.

I've been told that her nest is a couple of fields away in an ash tree so I must try to find it soon.
