Fresh Fish

Our friend Carlos brought over three "caught that morning" fish. Of course, we had just a vague idea on how to clean them, so he took it upon himself to give us a quick lesson. Here our soon to be dinner looks at what used to be inside him and appears to be wondering how they got there in front of him. It is too bad Carlos did not return for dinner so he could show us how to get the very tasty meat off the bones in the most efficient manner. Seems like we still have some things to learn down here, but the taste of freshly caught fish is well worth the trouble.
