Hot. A good word for today as yesterday also, +31 degress of Celcius in the shadow this afternoon and I had to bike to downtown after work for some business. Luckily after got those handled had time to eat some icecream at the riverside when biking back home.

After got kids to bed decided to still do a short evening ride with my Colnago road bike, so rode approx. 20kms to nearby gold club and back 40km total. Started the ride 9 PM so the temperature had already dropped to +23 region and had no problem of surviving the ride even kept quite a good average speed.

Tomorrow after work go to city of Hämeenlinna for the weekend to act as a instructor for the Finnish Kendo Association junior summer camp. Going to have a busy weekend me thinks..
