Red and blue

Backblip: I really struggled to get an image - though late in the afternoon I was struck by the bright blue geranium behind the red of the acer. The photo, with all this foliage, is a bit busy, but it's here for the colours.

What else did I do?

Went to Tai Chi in the morning at the chapel.
Finished preparing my collograph print blocks ready for printing today.
Cut back some of the recent growth on the shrubs in the front garden. Rain stopped play, so I now have one shrub that's had short back and sides and looks like it has a mohican on top!
Went to the camera club - I had two digital images that made it into the long list for an inter-club competition but not into the final ten.
