Another birthday cake?

My youngest daughter had celebrated her birthday in France yesterday but wanted to go out for a meal tonight (which is what we normally do when one of us has a birthday). She brought her school friend with her. I ate too much and now I have a tummy ache !
I spent most of the day marking.
My son came home from school. He has got marks for one of his exams. A grand total of 58% for Latin. Quite an achievement considering he didn't even look at his Latin books.
