These wild flowers are so delicate looking,
you would hardly expect to find them
in a harsh and rugged desert environment.
The flowers are described in a wildflower book
as reddish purple ball-shaped bloom clusters.
It would be easier just to say spectacular!
Kind of remind me of the wildflower
version of desert fireworks.
