Past its use by date!!

Left work a little earlier which is often the case on a Wednesday, driving home thinking what can I blip.....it was never going to be the sunset or sunrises having done them twice over the last three day (they were very pretty though).

Unloaded the groceries and went for a wander round the garden, this is the first thing I saw and rather liked it. It is grown for its lovely lush and big leaves in the summer, giving a rather puney yellow flower - this is the end result, stem snapped and hanging down. It looked OK and I liked the little bity thingi hanging off it.

Its already starting to get dark, there is a keen southerly wind blowing now, maybe just maybe winter may be coming. There is no snow, the ski fields are getting anxious and the skiers and boarders too.
