I don't cook on a Friday, it's my 'day off' - bought three pizzas and phoned hubby to meet me at his mothers'. On my way there, I passed the Lion Park and saw this giraffe giving the gate attendant a hard time. I stopped and took a few blips.

The giraffe wants to go through the gate to munch on the tree which you see to the right - he was kicking and swaying, and then, just like that, he will walk
over to the man and bend down for his head to be scratched! The next moment he will try to pass him to get to the tree, it was actually funny to see!

The guard used the stick to hit against the gate to scare him off, but it was all a joke to him. The funny thing is... the are about 5 trees right behind him, in the camp - but noooooo, he wants the one behind the gate!

He tried to reach the tree over the fence, but his tongue was just too short!

He did not mind me taking a closeup of his face :)

Quickly went in to blip the lion cubs - sweet!
