Burgers in the making

Minced beef, sweet shallots reduced with red wine, tarragon, chervil, parsley, salt and pepper. These are 6Oz and obviously I shape them into burger shape. I serve them in a home made bun with hand cut chips, salad and spiced tomato & caramelized onion chutney. £8.95. Bargain if you ask me!
