Survivors

Back to the trees again today. The light is still harsh but these trees do it hard. The area is covered with massive, rather untidy (hence no pictures) sand dunes. They creep all over the place and slowly bury anything in their way. These trees were buried years ago and have, in the past few years, re-emerged. They are now showing signs of life. it's a magic place and well away from the maddening crowd.
