Tube Tranquility

This photo was taken in the interconnecting tunnel between the Bakerloo and Northern lines at Embankment underground station, during rush hour today.

Note the lovely old-style tile work and the cleanliness. But there's something missing....commuters!

Where were they all? I've never seen it so quiet!
