Today evening Mrs.Mrok had the bodybump aerobics class starting 7PM and as I wanted to do a little bike ride went to the office with my Colnago and started the ride directly from there 4PM. Got some curious looks when setting my bike inside near receptions area wearing my riding gear ;)

After two hours and a tad over 50kms I was back home and had plenty time for eating something and taking a shower before it was my time to stay with the kids and do all the evening stuff with them. The evening went well and now have some time to relax with Mrs.Mrok before going to sleep.
