Ironic Innocence...

I'm not vegetarian, never have been, never likely to be, but I firmly believe that if you're going to eat meat you should know the reality of what it is you are eating. We had an ironic moment at the table tonight where Bethany was sooking on a piece of lamb whilst on her high chair tray at the time she was also playing with a fluffy toy lamb. I got strict type looks from Mrs TFP and although you don't want to completely destory innocence, I feel it can be important that you know a hamburger isn't just a meal you get from McDonalds but in reality was once a living breathing cow.
