I went out to lunch today. The resaurant is called "agave".

An agave is actually a desert plant. There's an artist's rendering of it next to the name of the restaurant on the menu. A small bush-shaped plant that will have a long "pole" grow up out of the center. The pole eventually dies and falls over.

The drink menu is unique. Those aren't shadows falling across it. That is the actual shading of the colors. The overlapping of the shades signifies the overlapping of the agave's leaves.

Their specialty drinks are different kinds of Mexican-style margaritas. They are oh, so good!
