Squid and samphire

I'm still at work and i'm trying to blip from my phone. This is seared squid and samphire with little gem lettuce, aioli and chive oil. Simple but effective.

EHO visit today. A few minor issues, mainly structural. But we've been scrubbing most of the day. And i must remember EVERY DAY to fill in the record sheets.
