Street Art

After an 8 mile hike up and down a mountain, this time with my pack up to 20#'s, and then some errands, I asked to be dropped off in the art area of Seattle as I keep missing things. The best work other than two or three black and white photographs were in the street. Their were two grafitti artists at work, clearly with permission so maybe we do not call them wall artists.

My pick for the day was in an alley and I was quite taken with the red tone. the lid on its side on the ground, and the repetition of the shape in the wall with the 3D shape that is the focus. Very interesting to me!
