Dingle Dangle Scarecrow

As I drove to work this morning I stumbled across this fella, along with a few friends in a small grassy park area of Dyce, outside Aberdeen. There seems to be some kind of competition and you are encouraged to make your own if you can do better.

I wonder if you just make it, then put it up yourself??

Couldn't decide which one was going up as my blip but finally went for this evil looking character.

The text on his chest reads...

'Reduce the birds in your Garden'
'Re Use your carrier bags'
'Recycle the idea'.
