Thank goodness small things make me happy to counterbalance the most frustrating five days dealing with our business bank who through a series of unbelievably stupid human faults have not managed to send us an activation code for our replacement internet banking device.

Seriously if we provided customer service like that we would have none!

Rant over - off to drink that end of week Friday glass of wine!
