Ratatouille

Just add onions, garlic and olive oil..... A morning in the kitchen, Lo Jardinièr making ratatouille with these vegetables from the garden while I cooked some more of the Kandil dolma peppers, this time with lamb in the stuffing, to put in the freezer for when we have hungry people staying later in the summer. We'll eat a couple this evening, just to make sure they're OK! The postman commented how nice it all smelled as he passed and our neighbour was drawn across the place and into our kitchen to see what we were up to as well. I've promised him a pepper to taste later.
