This is the easy bit......

.....dump artistically arrange gift of (much appreciated) redcurrants from 'Dutch Paul' (2 gardens up) onto plate and take single piccie, crop and blip.....the next stage however (probably tomorrow 'cos I haven't got enough time or sugar today) is to convert these jewelled beauties into jam.....it could be a messy business.....
