.....but at least I remembered to put some newspaper on the bench before I started ladling the jam into the pots this time, last year I ended up with blood-red stains that nothing but neat bleach would shift.....

Better start operation clear-up before the jam pan sets like concrete.....I'll be listening to this on a loop.....
