Slightly out of kilter

.... which is how I think this pic can be summed up. A bit on the wonk, slightly out of focus, reflections on the river.

Taken during my lunchtime stroll. Beautiful blue skies, warm sun only 30 minutes after the skies were grey and leaden. The perspective makes it look like the steps at the front of the capture are really steep. They aren't at all - a nice gentle slope. A good place to sit and think.
