King Prawns

Had a 80th birthday lunch party in for 14 people. 13 of them chose the king prawns with Thai dressed Mizuna leaves, sweet chilli sauce and creme fraiche as a starter. The other starter was the ham hock terrine with sweet piccalilli. Their main was Guinea Fowl with Foie Gras and Fig (10) and whole grilled plaice (4). Sweet was parfait of nougat glace or a mango bavarois with lychee sorbet and passion fruit sauce.

They loved it and left £40 tip!!
