Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep

This is Colorado's state animal. Yes, yesterday's horses were captured here, in Colorado! They were being moved from one pasture to the next, and we happened to be right there!
I was very lucky to get this photo, as many people who live in Colorado have never seen a Bighorn sheep. This is a female because the horns are straight. The males' horns curl and never fall off, and can grow to over 30 pounts!
