As High as an Elephant's Eye II

This impressive field of corn is in South Hadley, Mass. The spot is just to the left of the tobacco barn in a blip with the same title just a year ago--the corn seems even higher this year.

The title is a line from Oklahoma! by Rogers and Hammerstein, a classical Broadway musical.

The Pioneer valley is a highly agricultural area, and corn is one of the leading crops, having supplanted tobacco to a substantial degree. (The link is to previous blips.)
