Baked this chocolate cake for my dad's graduation party. He has taken courses to become a machinist after his job as an aircraft mechanic crapped out with the closing of his plant. We are very thankful that he at least has a job, and is now able to use some new skills. Also, the cake went over well :) Believe it or not, it's a vegan cake and it's the best chocolate cake I've ever had...and that's saying something coming from someone that has sampled many chocolate cakes over the course of her lifetime ;)
