Keep on Runnin'

Managed to get myself out for a jog on the Meadows with B this morning, first time out in nearly a year.
Was very windy and therefore hard going & my lungs are still complaining (I sound like a set of wheezy old bagpipes) but I'm glad I went, especially because I'm organising a work team to take part in a 5km race at the end of June.
