Providence would have it that an opportunity to combine my marine life and button themes in a single photo. Marta's crochet project was finished at just the right moment!

Cute little creature but tricky to photograph - a number of backgrounds were tried and trying to get both eyes and plenty of tentacles in was frustrating. In the end, this natural spontaneous shot captured him best. IT was the first shot taken!

New camera tomorrow (delivery permitting). A simple Kodak in a nice bundle with card, case, batteries and charger. Just want a step up from this camera phone!
