Nostalgia on the beach

Late posting my blip tonight as, after two lovely sea-swims, I managed to twist my ankle rather painfully, so spent all evening sitting with my foot up and a bag of frozen veg tied around my ankle. Then I fell asleep. (Well, the past two nights have been so hot I've only slept about 4 hours each night, so it was snoozy-catch-up time.) Ho hum.

Thought photography-fans would enjoy a peek at my beach towel. Bought it in the 1970s; some special offer on a film I bought, I think it was. Really appealed to me at the time, and I still love it. Little did I dream of digital photography back then; even less in 1964 when I was given my first camera, a Brownie 127.
