lady bug, lady bug . . .

I started doing some necessary weeding yesterday which has it's rewards but is also rather thankless -like house cleaning. Once you do it, you just have to do it all over again!! oh well. I still do both, but not as often as I probably should. ;^) hmmmphf! I think I really just have other things I enjoy doing more.

But I digress . . . . while weeding, I came upon this beautiful little, teeny tiny lady bug. You are looking at a macro shot -- this bug is smaller than he tip of my little finger! I had a lot of fun trying different angles and I think this was the best one. Try large for a super-close look!!
