Whole striploin

This is a sirloin. I tidy it up and then cut the steaks to order. Usually 10Oz but sometimes a bit bigger depending on who it is for or what I feel like.

Tonight I cooked for the inlaws. All 17 of them! well, there are more than 17 but 17 of them came to the restaurant tonight as they are on holiday in the area. After 16 years this was the first time I cooked for them in a restaurant. It was really cool and nice to be able to impress a little. I thought they'd all go for the fish and chips and steaks etc. but they all had 3 courses and a la carte food. Very good night all in all!

Fish night tomorrow, I definately prefer it to pie night! Tomorrow's fish will be Megrim and Hake.
