Grease!

It looks like honeycombs.. but its the grease off of the first, enormous, bone-in ham, i've ever cooked.

coated in gingerale, honey, brown sugar, vinegar & pineapple slices arranged on the outside of the ham

& oh my fuck, it turned out amazing!!! soooo good.

ham is normally just salty, but this was delicious!!

i also cooked this at 8:30am, so i could go to a friends moving away party/potluck.
not a bad time...
