Lemon Balm

I went out to the garden for some herbs earlier and was disappointed to see that the chive flowers have already faded and died.

I lost quite a few herbs and shrubs last winter and have planted a few new plants. I was glad to see that the lemon balm has taken and is thriving ? I?ve never cooked with it so I?ll need to look for some recipes. I bought it for its colour and fragrance!!
