Second home on paradise island

This is the little house that I may be buying as a second home on Hachijojima, a semi-tropical island 300 km from Tokyo (yet still considered a part of Tokyo and administered by Tokyo government). It is 30 years old, has ocean view and on 330sqm of land. One bed room and new roof. Price is 3,000,000 yen or 30,000$US which is about 10-15 times cheaper than a 30 year old one-bedroom condominium costs in the suburbs of Tokyo. 90% decided on buying, I'm taking one more week to thoughtfully think.
