3/THREE

Went mountain biking up Llandegla with a coupla friends (dirtmonkey, a fellow blipper, and Owen a buddy from work) after nearly 3 months of eating festive lard.

Usually i enjoy it LOADS but today it was tough going - even with my new fandangled ergon hand grips, it was a slog. Especially on the new black run sections - although as Cilla would say it was a lorra lorra fun. A blast, even.

Tried to take a 16x9 inspired 'running away from' blip by the reservoir near the end but our 3 sets of lungs had given up by then and my asthma was acting up. Hence this shot being my blip for today - Owen taking a berm at full pelt, having just nailed 3 tabletops.

See that? I got back to 3 again. Totally rad. man.
