Lady bird hanging on for dear life!!!

Bit of a grey day here so thought i'd brighten up blip with this lovely little ladybird, on a don't know what it is, but i'm sure you'll tell me, used a filter on the camera bag app for Mac has some fab filters on it. Well worth getting!!

Went for a run in the rain today, after running on hol in the heat definitely made a refreshing change. Then this afternoon went to the pic's to watch Super 8, G suggested it so thought nothing of it, until the monster scenes!!!! Was a little worried about B as he gets scared at the slightest mention of monsters, but he was fine and thought it had scared me more.

Off out for an Indian tonight with some friends we haven't been out with in forever. So that'll be nice to catch up, although really should be staying in and not be going out for more food think i had my fair share this last week. Hence the run this morning and tomorrow morning and the morning after that and that, well until excess has gone!!!!!
