Back to School

Daughter went back to school this morning after the summer break. I can't believe that she is now in 3rd year at High school. How did that happen. Seems like only yesterday I was taking her along the road to start primary school.

So that is us back to 'the routine'. I don't mind the morning breakfast and rush that she always seems to have at the last minute even though she gets up in plenty of time. What sometimes fills me with dread is the after school activities. The driving there and often having to find something to do while the activity is on. Then we have times when all the activities have performances and trying to juggle extra rehearsals and performances becomes a nightmare.

Anyway, less of the moaning. Have to go catch up with housework that was neglected during the break.
