Mango Bread

Mangoes were on sale so I made a few loaves of mango bread. I ate a lot of mango bread and muffins when I was in Sénégal, but this is my first attempt at baking it myself. I set up my computer to play H2O: Just Add Water (my baking TV show of choice right now, a show about three girls who turn into mermaids when they come into contact with water) and started to bake. The loaves were absolutely delicious! I really want to make more.
