Then the Clouds Rolled In

"If you don't like the weather, just wait a few minutes." The cliché about New England weather is so well worn because there's so much truth to it. As we stood in line for the Ferris wheel, the temperature dropped and the previously still and heavy air started stirring. We decided to skip it and got out of line 30 seconds before the first flash of lightening. We were half way to the car before we heard the resulting clap of thunder.
