The Thames at Night

I decided that when I finished work at 2130 tonight I was going to go down to Tower Bridge and play with my new tripod. All well and good until I got there and discovered that I had forgotten my brackety-screw-in-nubbin-thing at home! Do you think there may be a more technical name for it?

Anyway, it was back to balancing the camera on anything I could find in my bag. I was so disappointed - not so much because I was dragging a tripod round for no reason but because I wanted to play with my new toy!

Still, I have eaten half a bag of cinder toffee and I feel much better now!
