Veg for the stir fry

These are some of the veggies for the stir fried vegetables with the mackerel. The veggies are carrot, red onion, fennel, leeks, red pepper. Then to order I add pak choi, coriander, ginger and garlic and I just add a table spoon of my caramelized sweet chilli sauce at the end.
