Helsinki today

At least one thing makes me glad now that the summer is over: my pals are back in town, and we can start our irregular photowalks again.

I do enjoy being alone when I'm out shooting - somehow it is easier to concentrate, but being out shooting with friends is not about getting the best pics. It is about being together, chatting about cameras and photography, having fresh air, drinking too much coffee and all such things.

So, today when we were wondering around the streets of Helsinki, I did shoot some but nothing to write home about. But we did walk, for several hours, and had a really good time.

In the end, that's all that matters.
