Blue Sky Blues

It was so nice to have sunshine and blue sky today. The number of blipping opportunities between here and the metro station were plentiful. However, I opted to use this picture of a tree at the bottom of Warton Terrace because I like its wavy branches and unusual looking buds/cones (?). I don't know what kind of tree it is. I wish I had taken a little more time to set the shot up though and eliminate the lampost, the bit of wall and if possible the bits of other trees in the background. Never mind though - look at the blue sky!
