Stradivari G

On the way back from Verona, we first visited Sirmione at the Garda lake, which was pretty (and packed with tourists, already at 10am), and the next stop was Cremona. The Stradivarius museum, to be precise. It is actually inside the 'museo civico' (civic museum?), which was pretty big in itself. The coolest part, I thought, was where they had all kinds of parts from his workshop on display, like this violin model G, which is "a bit longer than the P.G. shape" :)

I also climbed the bell tower of Cremona, which is the highest old bell tower, and second highest bell tower generally, in Europe. Great view from up there.
