Sourdough cake-tastrophe

Oh dear! The first sourdough cake fell apart on trying to remove it from the cake tin. Not the photo I'd hoped to share for today. Well, at least it is tasty! Apparently, according to my wife, I should have used a proper cake tin and lined it with greaseproof paper... live and learn...
