Friendly Golf

I'm getting into the swing of these busy but also non working days and I feel I'm making the most of them.

Today saw hubby head off to work (tomorrow is his last day) and me wait for several visits.

First the gas check man to do checks and provide a certificate for the gas if we rent, next was the electric man to do the same... looks like a bit of work and cost to sort the electrics out for renting. Then the lady who estimates removals. She took her time with me looking at everything and costing up for two options. First if they move it all in one go and second if we have hired a van and moved a bedroom and sofa and tv ahead of the move. Everyone was nice and interested in what I'm off to do! The removal lady said our house was too tidy for a minister's house. Apparently she has moved several Methodist Ministers! Does that mean it's ok for Baptist minister's to be tidy... or do I have to learn to be messy?

Then when hubby came home we headed off for a game of golf and managed 14 holes before heading home to tidy and clean once again for a viewing tomorrow (and another of Sat) both are for sales.

We had several moments of very friendly golf today. This blip was taken on the second hole. Our first shots were within 6 ft of each other and the second shots saw us end up 6 inches apart! So nice to spend time with hubby playing golf and chatting in the open air.
