Brandy Snap Baskets

I make these small baskets for 1 scoop of the strawberry gelato to go with the lemon tart. I didn't use the ginger and cinnamon people put in as I didn't want it to change the flavour of the dessert. I did put a little bandy in though and you can just taste it slightly in the background.

The guy turned up today YAY!!! Haha, he's a really nice guy and I offered him the job. He's starting 1st September so all good now. If he turns up that is (forgive my pessimism!).

Induction day at the college next week and buffet and drinks at the principal's house. I never ever in my whole life ever thought that I would socialise with teachers, never. But they are just normal and nice people. I wish I had known that 25 years ago!!
