Strawberry cheesecake

Today consisted of heat, baking and red skies. By 11:30am, the temperature had reached 30 degrees and I was dying. I made cheesecakes for dessert which were really lovely though the bases probably needed a little more butter in them! The sunset that night turned the clouds red, it was lovely.
