It's not all Foie Gras and Lobster

Here's the beef burger. A follow up on this. I make the bread buns myself too and the chips that come with it. The only thing I have changed from the earlier picture is that I now use leaner minced beef which funnily enough makes the burger a bit juicier as I am cooking it less. Anyway, I didn't become a chef to make burgers but I do sell quite a few of them so sometimes we have to swallow our pride and give the customer what they want.
