Rainy day orchid

This orchid sits on the table I have my laptop on and it has been in bloom for months now. I had it on a sideboard in my dining room for three years and it didn't bloom once. Moved it to the breakfast room and hey presto - it bloomed within a few weeks. The flowers are beginning to drop off now, so before they die altogether I decided to record it for posterity - it seemed an ideal indoor blip as it has been raining heavily outside for most of the day. After all, the flowers are a lovely combination of colours and I've not seen one quite like it before.

For the record: 19C, heavy rain followed by sunny periods.
